[2] For completists: “Hang ‘Em High,” “Secrets,” “Little Guitars,” “Big Bad Bill (Is Sweet William Now),” and “The Full Bug” from Diver Down, and then “Jump,” “Panama,” “Top Jimmy,” “Drop Dead Legs,” and “Hot for Teacher” from 1984. There was a lot of Van Halen on that car ride.
[3] In the version on the playlist, the stopping point is at the 4:00 mark.
[4] Completists also listen to “In My Time of Dying” and “Sick Again.”

[6] And Lucretia, Ms. Ashley Tara Saunders, Mary Doöver, and Natalie, and all our Wicked Angels: “Sataniquement,” of course.
Get the Tuning?
If you play guitar, you can try “Juke Tuning” and have a go at channeling your own musical H.D. Logic.
Juke Tuning is for electric guitars and requires a professional or experienced setup. It defaults to keys rarely played, and since the guitar strings are in a different order, individual notes are “out of place.” Standard chord shapes take on interesting new sounds.
Juke Tuning is particularly awesome for fingerpicking.
